It reads how people actually work with AI and turns it into evidence you can verify, so companies find AI-native talent and people find work they're built for. Open source, live on PyPI. Shipped session extraction for Claude Code and Cursor, a six-level skill rubric, and the first hosted report. Earlier in the year I explored more than ten AI product ideas, ran an enterprise sales process with Ubisoft, and turned down a $1M-valuation raise when the signal wasn't strong enough.
